LEGAL PROTOCOL 01

01. Acceptance of Risk

By using SigmaNex, you acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence, including quantized Large Language Models (LLMs), is probabilistic by nature. The software may generate incorrect, misleading, or hallucinated information. Your use of this software constitutes acknowledgment of this inherent limitation.

LEGAL PROTOCOL 02

02. Critical Use Disclaimer

SigmaNex is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional medical, engineering, or tactical judgment.

The knowledge base presets provided with the software — including medical, engineering, and field survival references — are provided for educational and extreme-necessity purposes only. The authors assume no liability for actions taken based on the software's outputs. Always consult qualified professionals when circumstances permit.

LEGAL PROTOCOL 03

03. Export Controls

The underlying cryptographic modules used in the USB persistence layer — including AES-256-XTS disk encryption and AES-128-CTR radio payload encryption — may be subject to export control laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations regarding dual-use software and cryptographic tools.

LEGAL PROTOCOL 04

04. License

SigmaNex is released under a proprietary license. Verified Supporters have access to specific security-critical source code modules for personal audit as described in the Supporter Agreement. Commercial redistribution of pre-compiled USB images, firmware binaries, or derivative works is strictly prohibited without a formal written partnership agreement.

This is NOT open-source software.
