SigmaNex is designed as a sovereign, offline-first application. When running the software on your local hardware, the following guarantees are absolute:

When visiting sigmanex.net, basic server-side logs may be retained for 72 hours solely for DDoS mitigation purposes. These logs contain no personal identifiers and are permanently and automatically purged thereafter. No analytics platform, no third-party tracker, no fingerprinting library is loaded by this website.

03. Newsletter & Waitlist

If you voluntarily provide your email address for our waitlist, it is stored in an encrypted database isolated from our development environment. We use this data solely to notify you of:

• —Critical security patches affecting the USB image or firmware.

We will never sell, rent, or share this list with any third party. You may request deletion at any time by writing to rootedlab@proton.me.
