SigmaNex is designed as a sovereign, offline-first application. When running the software on your local hardware, the following guarantees are absolute:

02. Website Data

When visiting sigmanex.net, basic server-side logs may be retained for 72 hours solely for DDoS mitigation purposes. These logs contain no personal identifiers and are permanently and automatically purged thereafter. No analytics platform, no third-party tracker, no fingerprinting library is loaded by this website. Every asset — fonts included — is served first-party from sigmanex.net: your browser never contacts another domain.

This website sets no cookies. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no preference cookies — and no localStorage or sessionStorage either. This is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Under the EU ePrivacy rules, consent is only required for non-essential cookies, and we simply do not use any.

04. Newsletter & Waitlist

If you voluntarily provide your email address for our waitlist, it is stored in an encrypted database isolated from our development environment. We use this data solely to notify you of:
